1:1 Personal Training for Women
$60 / 45 minutes
We specialise in training woman on a one to one basis. Our sessions are 45 minutes, and programs are structured according to individual goals and training preferences.
As an added bonus, our sessions are currently taking place outdoors on the stunning Elwood Foreshore, so you are guaranteed a great view!
Your strength helps other women in need, with 20% of profits donated to support women in need.
Group Training for Women
$35 week / $15 per class
Our female group classes offer a diverse mix of strength and conditioning training, in a supportive community environment.
Femme Fit group classes welcome females of of levels and abilities. We specialise in training woman, with a friendly, caring and tailored approach.
